We’re always busy at this time of year helping provide video for various clients’ events. Whether it’s Conferences, publicity events or Awards we have a wide range of videos to suit each specific audience. Sometimes our client wants a record of an event in a ‘Highlights’ video, sometimes they want interviews with key speakers so that those who couldn’t attend the event can catch up on the latest thinking. In addition, video content captured at the event can be used to market that same event next year. Give us a call to talk through your Event video requirements.
We’ve been working on a number of really interesting Video projects over the last couple of months with Crews out filming as far afield as London, Cardiff and New York. Just two of our many challenging jobs worth mentioning: finding a location in New York where we could see the Manhattan skyline through the window; and conducting an interview at peak rush-hour on a train platform (not to be repeated!)
We’d like to offer our congratulations to our longest standing client, the award-winning Association for Project Management, who have been granted Chartered status and is now the Chartered body for the project profession. And, of course, we helped them celebrate….with a video to honour the unveiling of their Charter.
Happy New Year! We are straight into a very busy start to 2017 producing videos for our clients across a variety of sectors. Some of our favourite work is producing video content for Awards events and we wanted to show you our stunning Awards Opening Video which we produced for APM’s 2016 Project Management Awards…this certainly made everyone sit up and take notice at the start of the evening. *Make sure you have the sound turned up good and loud!
The video – which is a rather unusual size – was produced to cover seven separate screens that spanned the full width of the massive ballroom at the London Hilton Hotel on Park Lane.
2016 has ended with a flurry of activity – we’ve had crews out filming on a variety of Video projects in Peterborough, London, Aylesbury and…Singapore, where we undertook a 3-Camera shoot for a client in the Financial Services sector. Meanwhile, Sue has been continuing to educate the next generation of film and video producers, lecturing in Cologne and Liverpool.
We would like to wish everyone who has worked with us in 2016 a very Happy Christmas and we look forward to working with you again in 2017.
The last two months have flown by and we’ve been very busy producing a large number of videos for both new and longstanding clients.
Our most challenging videos have been those for the annual APM Project Management Awards. We produced six videos showcasing the work of each category finalist. It’s always a huge privilege to meet people at the very top of their profession and bring the incredible projects and programmes they’ve been working on to life through video.
Alongside this we’ve been working with our new client in the financial sector on producing short videos they can send out in emails to their existing and potential clients.
Our newest client works in the food production sector and we produced a video – shot and edited in a tight timescale – to introduce their new CEO to their workforce.
We are delighted to have started working with a brand new London-based client on bringing their brand to life through a series of animations. Our aim is to provide the client, who work in the financial sector, with a set of graphic animations that they can use for their communications, giving them a professional and consistent look.
Sue has been sharing her knowledge of the Media Production business with students in London and Oxford and has received great feedback from her seminar. There’s a great demand for knowledge sharing across the media production profession and Sue will be off to Cologne in October to give a talk to a global gathering of creative media students and professionals.
We continue to find our offer of ‘A video in a day’ is hugely popular with clients. We film in the morning, edit in the afternoon and deliver a Video for you to upload to your website at the end of the working day. It requires planning and preparation ahead of the day but always works out to be highly cost effective…and clients love it! Take a look at one of our recent ‘on-the-day’ videos:
May was a busy month for conferences and, while video production for conferences is always a challenge, we welcome it, enjoy it and take great pride in producing a wide range of Conference event videos. Some of our work is produced ahead of a Conference – for videos to be shown on the day. We also produce a range of ‘on-the-day’ videos, often conducting up to 16 interviews in a day to ensure we capture the content from key speakers and participants.
One of our key clients has won Awards for its Conferences and I’d like to think we were an important part of that winning formula.
